Closing Checklist

· Have a picture ID. Usually a license or passport.
· Be prepared to wire funds or to bring a cashiers check to closing,
· Shop early for insurance coverage. Most units in Hunters Run require Condo
insurance.
· Set a definite time for closing. The date has been established in the contract.
· If you are the Seller, make sure your home has been emptied and is in broom
clean condition.
· If you are a Buyer, request final walk thru of the property you’re buying.
· Sellers will need to bring all keys to closing.
· Club Memberships must be paid for as required by Hunters Run Country Club.
· Contact utilities. Sellers disconnect. Buyers connect.
