Have a picture ID. Usually a license or passport.

  Be prepared to wire funds or to bring a cashiers check to closing.

  Shop early for insurance coverage. Most units in Hunters Run require Condo insurance.

  Set a definite time of closing. The date has been established in the contract.

  If you are the Seller, make sure your home has been emptied and is in broom clean condition.

  If you are a Buyer, request final walk thru of the property you’re buying. Sellers will need to bring all keys to closing.

  Club Memberships must be paid for as required by Hunters Run Country Club.

  Contact utilities. Sellers disconnect. Buyers connect.
